No Return Policy

Damaged or Defective Products

• Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
• Requests after 48 hours will not be accepted.
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
• A clear opening video is mandatory for verification.

Verification & Resolution

After reviewing the submitted evidence, Label Jas reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution. This may include a replacement (subject to availability) or store credit. No cash refunds will be issued.

Claim Rejection
